February 15, 2012 two indian fishermen are killed on board of the
fishing boat St. Antony, in international waters. February 19, 2012 two
Italian marines on anti-piracy service on board the Italian oil tanker
"Enrica Lexie" are detained, suspected of being responsible for the
incident. 4 years have passed and no indictment has been formulated, but
to those two Italian soldiers freedom has not been returned. Now
everything is in the hands of the Arbitral Tribunal which should decide
about the jurisdiction but not about the responsibility. However, India
has filed in the Court of Arbitration those documents that have always
been denied to the defence and to the Italian authorities, even though
they had been asked. The analysis of those documents reveals a fact:
those poor fishermen were killed but not by the accused.

The same Indian court documents filed in Hamburg from India show that the two accused are innocent.
